Custom abutments are designed and fabricated specifically for your patients. Their shape is based on the implant buccal-lingual and mesial-distal ridge position, as well as the available interarch space and long axis. Each patient specific custom abutment is designed for a specific implant site.

Using our 3shape Scanner, we design these anatomic abutments which are milled at the Biomet Milling Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Dentsply Atlantis™
For outstanding function and predictable results, these are excellent options for your patients. Dentsply Atlantis abtuments are designed and milled in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Nobel Biocare Procera
We design these custom abutments using our NobelBiocare Procera 2g Scanner. Nobel Biocare manufactures all of our abutments in their Mahwah, New Jersey location.
Straumann® Etkon
These abutments are optimally designed using our Straumann CS2 scanner. All Cares abutments and products are manufactured in Arlington, Texas.
Zimmer Zfx
We employ our 3Shape Scanner to output the manufacturing of ZfX abutments to their facility in Carlsbad, California.
