Here at Dickerman Dental Prosthetics we are always trying to improve our techniques to increase the quality and predictability of our chairside workflow. Included in this is our improved conversion denture. Instead of using individual denture teeth that are susceptible to de-bonding or fracture. We have decided that for all of our conversion dentures instead of denture teeth, we now mill the entire arch of teeth out of a solid piece of PMMA and process that to our denture base. This will give our prosthesis increased strength throughout the healing phase of the dental implants.
